great first apartment but beware of flooding
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, washer dryer, adorable street
Cons:
FLOODING from the roof seeming through the ceiling and down the stairs. Also very expensive for what it is

OK Building for college graduate
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building did the job. Prewar, cozy, railroad style apartment
Cons:
Couldnt have rugs in the hallway outside the doors, poor pest management, inattentive super

Decent Apartment Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Live-in super, no bugs, well-maintained units, intercom access, package room.
Cons:
We had a huge water leak in the ceiling of the building that management took a while to fix the resulting damage. Property management is very slow to respond. Occasional package theft issues despite the existence of a package room.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenant issues and complaints related to package theft and maintenance requests.

Sublet here for 8 months
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good water pressure, good location.
Cons:
Roaches in the summer, mice. This was in 2018-2019 so I’m not sure what the situation is now.

Nice Gramercy walk up
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building with nice hallways and large sunny apartments
Cons:
Package drop off sometimes wouldn’t be behind the locked door and put deliveries at risk
