Love the friendly staff and quick responsiveness when there is an issue
Cons:
lots of issues with plumbing generally in the building. Hear of lots of persistent leaks from neighbors

Pros:
Felt very safe living in this building, great management, and they always responded to issues. I miss living here.
Cons:
I lived on the second floor and would get a few cockroaches, the exterminator came twice a month but it's hard to avoid in a prewar building.
