Hidden gem in murray hill

Pros:
Truly a hidden jam in the city. The front desk is always receptive, and they do a nice job of mails and delivery management. The apartment is clean and the roof top is spacious.
Cons:
The recent price increase. From covid pricing we saw 25% increase. Also, when I was there, the building management changed and the move out process became more stringent
Advice to owner:
If the price was a bit more manageable, this would have been a A+ apartment
