    Clean, friendly and helpful staff, great elevators
    Cons:
    Gym is very small, pool fees outrageous, half rooftop only open, strict 2 person limit for rooftop

    very well managed building with great doormen and staff and a wide range of amenities. good bang for your buck in terms of price with reasonable rent increases if any
    Cons:
    really depends on landlord - some landlords are not very responsive location not convenient extra fees - broker fee, condo fee, etc.

    Good building if you like doorman and fancy lobby

    -Nice lobby -Doorman -Nice building that is taken care of
    Cons:
    -Stuffy staff -Area is not a neighborhood, very noisy and stress-inducing surrounded by avenues and FDR. -Applying for rent requires writing out 70 page application to coop board and paying a lot processing fees.

    It’s located in nyc
    Cons:
    Rude, pointless stuff, someone is doing endless renovations during “quite” hours and stuff is covering those people, thin walls, every morning you will hear someone’s alarm clock

    Stop being such a schmuck

    Excellently run building in midtown east

    Pros:
    The staff is kind and helpful, building is kept in excellent condition, and the amenities (including pool) are nice.
    Cons:
    I wish the pool season would be open for longer and they had a more substantial weights section if their gym. Also, being a coop, there are a lot of rules to abide by though none are particularly intrusive.

    Nicest doormen, very safe, gym, sauna, pool on roof
    Cons:
    Couldn’t sublease the apartment or have pets in my unit (pet rules vary by unit)

    Roof top Outdoor Pool, Roof Decks, Roof Lounge, Two Free Gyms, Valet, Concierge, 24 Hour Door Staff, Laundry on every floor
    Cons:
    Older building, air conditioning and heating units old

    Keep up the good work.
