    Close to train
    Cons:
    Pests every where even after pest control
    The super of this building tries to charge you money when you do the final apartment walkthrough and also everything small thing
    The management is a bully, trying to take tenant’s deposit and money
    Advice to owner:
    Old buildings with pest and petty management

    Prepare to take the Stairs

    Pros:
    Great neighbors, convenient location, good super
    Cons:
    Elevator breaks down often which means stairs. If your dog can’t do stairs don’t move here.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a new elevator. Not all can handle stairs and at this price we shouldn’t!
