    Great service w laundry, elevators, and dishwasher

    Pros:
    Has all essential apt amenities and great service. Great location
    Cons:
    Every annual rent increase is maxed out or more
    Advice to owner:
    rent increases with market but the increase here is way too steep esp for long term tenants

    The building was well taken care of. The doormen were incredible - so thoughtful and kind.
    Cons:
    Laundry in the building is expensive!
