Smells like weed and cigarettes and has roaches

Nice building, good layouts available, semi decent price for what you get

Cons

Tenants can smoke so the hallways reek of weed and cigarettes, and it can swap into your unit obviously. I also just moved into a unit and have not added any food to the kitchen and am seeing roaches. Disgusting

Do not allow smoking and drastically improve your pest control
