    Quiet building and convenient location

    Quiet street and centrally located
    Cons:
    Smoking is allowed and frequently smelled like cigarettes in my unit from vents and in common areas
    Advice to owner:
    Stop allowing smoking in the building

    Great management but roach issue

    Responsive super, they keep the lobby and shared areas quite clean.
    Cons:
    Every summer we get small roaches
