    Okay pricing, spacious, good location

    The super is a hit or miss. Sometimes you can reach him and other times he won’t respond.

    Quiet area Clean hallways Super is relatively responsive
    Cons:
    I have seen cockroaches in my apt....
    Advice to owner:
    Make necessary renovations/fixes prior to tenant moving in
