    It was fine

    Pros:
    It was a good apartment to have as a young person. Close to lots of subway lines, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. landlord/management is chill and low maintenance
    Cons:
    Very small apartment with no oven + fridge is just a mini fridge, but they’re upfront about this. I didn’t have pests but some neighbors said they did

    Great management, great building

    Pros:
    Tony the super is great. Everything works
    Cons:
    4H is loud and the “crazy” neighbor. Becomes easy to tune out though.
