Spacious BUT take care of the rodents!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the in-unit laundry machine and ample closet space.
Cons:
There are holes and cracks throughout the apartment that have clearly not been taken care of, which are entrypoints for multiple mice to get into the apartment. We've had like 4 mouse sightings in less than a year. It's been seen running through the kitchen, living room, and even in one of the bedrooms because it crawls through the radiator/pipe cracks on the floor! Neighbors above are always blasting music and partying on the weekends. Occasionally during weekday nights as well. Even sometimes on Sunday mornings!! Can't we just be considerate for people who want to sleep in on a lazy Sunday morning?? And the super never says anything to them about the noise level.
Advice to owner:
Don't just give out mouse traps to tenants when they tell you about a mouse problem... The problem requires consistent resealing of cracks where they crawl into the apartments.
