Terrible Landlords but you're in Hell's Kitchen
Pros
Central location; just 3 apartments, including the landlord
Cons
The landlord and her family were terrible people. The son was rude and offensive on numerous occasions. They also tried to give us back 0 of our security deposit because they said they had to paint, to which I explained that is actually something they always have to do and that certainly didn't come to the full security deposit.
Advice to the owners
Be less of a dick
