Close to park
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location very close to Central Park and multiple subway lines. Pretty quiet for Manhattan. Laundry in basement.
Cons:
Most apartments view is a brick wall. Lincoln Center can be hectic. Front door is rarely locked.
Advice to owner:
Fix front door lock.

Good thing it’s close to the park
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance is addressed quickly and efficiently Elevator works consistently Excellent location, proximity to gym, park, restaurants
Cons:
A nightmare ish amount of roaches in the communal garbage chute that would find their way into our apartment. No sense of community, everyone keeps to themselves. Infrequent package theft
