Decent building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is clean and the staff are friendly and responsive. An automated system allows open repairs to be transparent
Cons:
Like all post war buildings, sound travels. Location makes up for it mostly tho. The elevators often break down
Advice to owner:
Fix elevators and keep them working on a regular basis
