Review Summary for 321 Columbus Avenue
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 321 Columbus Avenue commend the apartments' good size, excellent location, pet-friendliness, and generally helpful superintendents. Tenants also appreciate cleanliness and organized garbage management. However, significant issues arise with building management, described as unresponsive, disorganized, and neglectful, leading to tenant dissatisfaction and lack of confidence in owner responsiveness. Noise from a downstairs restaurant turning into a club has caused sleep disturbances and complaints without resolution. Maintenance turnaround times can be lengthy, and water pressure is often weak. Rent increases are seen as disproportionate to the lack of improvements. Overall, renters advise urgent management improvements to enhance tenant experience.

Love the apartment - Management horrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment is good in size, excellent location, pet friendly, responsive staff
Cons:
Building management is impossible to reach, disorganized and unhelpful or non-responsive. Rent increases are disproportionate to any improvements in the units or building. Excessive turnaround times for any repairs that can't be resolved by building handyman.
Advice to owner:
Improvements need to be made to building and units before large rent increases are suggested.
