Ownership & Management are evil
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are lovely! A lot of long-time residents.
Cons:
- The real estate agent Amanda, and her husband (and building manager?) Dakota are evil. They verbally abuse the staff and don't give a shit about residents... they are selfish, entitled little weasels. - When they updated the elevator they didn't do anything to accommodate the pregnant, elderly, or injured - except for put trash cans and chairs that became trash cans on every floor. -Prior to the elevator getting fixed, they didn't give two shits about maintaining it. - Market rate, but totally overpriced for the experience of living there.
Advice to owner:
Replace Dakota and Amanda. They suck and no one in the building likes them.

Pros:
Great location and neighborhood
Cons:
Aside from the lobby which is designed to attract new tenants, the building is poorly maintained.
