Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 145 West 67 Street highlight a well-maintained, clean building with friendly and responsive staff, including attentive doormen and supers, fostering a safe and pleasant community. The location is highly convenient, close to amenities like Trader Joe’s and subways. However, persistent issues with slow, often broken elevators are a major drawback, causing long wait times, especially during rush hours. Noise from nearby traffic and emergency sirens also affects some tenants. While management is generally responsive to repairs, some residents express concerns about rent increases and occasional unaddressed neighbor disturbances. Overall, the building offers a solid living experience with room for improvement in elevator maintenance and noise mitigation.

Elevators are in dire need of an upgrade
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very friendly staff, responsive supers, and clean building.
Cons:
Elevators are an absolute nightmare. During rush hour times you may be waiting upwards of 10 minutes. There are only 4 cars for 40+ floors.

Management will squeeze you for everything they can get
Former Tenant
Pros:
Repairs happen quickly, but are needed often.
Cons:
Management doesn’t do anything beyond repairs. A tenant is throwing glass bottles from a balcony and they’ve done nothing. They do nothing about unhygienic neighbors. There’s nonstop deafening construction happening with no end in sight. You will have an 8% increase in rent every year.
