Not bad- minor fixes needed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is responsive. You put in a maintenance request and someone will call you about it the Next day.
Cons:
My apartment only had got water. When we tried getting it fixed, they said that’s the best they could do.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your workers and hire more workers

Not that bad, but could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location couldn’t be better, especially if you’re a college student at one of the schools nearby or work in midtown, but it feels like that’s what a lot of your rent is for. The complex has decent amenities in the other buildings that you have access to through the courtyard area. Maintenance team and doormen are really nice. Laundry is in the building. Neighbors are friendly.
Cons:
When I moved in, the apartment was in rough shape. It wasn’t clean, and appliances & lighting were still being installed. The kitchen sink is really small, and there’s no dishwasher. Depending on where you are in the building, the window views & natural light aren’t really great. One really big thing is the hot water: it’s really inconsistent, especially in the shower. The temperature will change drastically and almost suddenly.
Advice to owner:
The laundry room & appliances need to be cleaned and done so regularly. I also think the recycling could be managed better. The elevator frequently gets stuck and has other general problems like the light being out; these things should also be checked regularly. Finally, hire a cleaning crew before a new tenant to make sure apartments are move-in ready.

Lincoln Square Gem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway, Riverside Park, and CP. Neighbors are now our best friends. Eli the package man makes my day better.
Cons:
Heat management is not handled well and the building dropped from a B energy rating to a D. The sink is also too small. The apartment receives no direct sunlight.
Advice to owner:
Update all sink heads to detachable sink heads and find out why energy rating dropped (if it has anything to do with terrible heat management).
