Pretty good tbh.

Pros

Management is responsive, maintenance fixes things same-day, doorman signs in packages, quiet during work hours, overall pretty good.

Cons

There’s a chain smoker next door so sometimes the smoke comes into my room, occasionally cockroaches in the hallway cuz it’s an old building (3-4x in the last 2yrs), heat isn’t central so it can get rlly hot in winter with the old radiator systems

Really good building for the price and location

Pros

Very clean building, responsible super and management, neighbors are nice and quiet despite being on the younger side

Cons

Landlord will ding you for minor damages, $200 or so, no biggie
