Uncaring and unresponsive landlords

Amazing building, with beautiful units and friendly neighbors. Lots of cozy character in the building and spacious apartments.

Cons

Was bought by the current landlord towards the start of my lease and things went downhill. The construction is nonstop, and they do not care who they disturb with this. The building is constantly loud now, and we will benefit nothing from it all because its them redoing the surrounding units after jacking up rent so they can charge more and more. They don't follow dust mitigation, and turn off the elevator and water at their convenience. We had to beg for months for them to fix the lock on our front door which was broken, so anyone could walk in from the street. They ignore most repair requests in general. Its so sad because we loved this apartment and this community and they have ruined it and driven most of the tenants out in the space of a year.
