Overall a good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen are wonderful, and management is very responsive. The apartment was clean and neighbors were generally friendly and quiet. No broker fee.
Cons:
Have to pay for amenities like the gym. You can still hear street noise even on higher floors. Saw roaches a few times on the stairs and in the laundry room.

Love the staff and the ares
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is spacious and has good closet space. The doormen are very sweet and the handyman are very helpful
Cons:
Small kitchen and we did find the occasional roach and we were on the 21st floor but the building has an exterminator come every Thursday

Perfect location and area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Right by the train, groceries, parks. Management is great and on top of things
Cons:
Not high on amenities but great staff

Loved the building, but price increased for space
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved the building and staff. All friendly and nice. Heat is good too, all winter I spent in shorts in apartment. Occasionally needed to open windows to balance heat but rather have that than no heat. Elevators always functioning. Out of the year, I only needed to wait for the laundry room twice. Management is good giving the heads up when water/pipe maintenance is occurring.
Cons:
Would continue living here if the price increase for renewal wasn’t ridiculous for small studio. Received nonnegotiable email, wish they were more open to tenants. Summer did bring small roach problem for about 6 weeks, pest control handled it.

I enjoyed living here, but was priced out.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love that you can let me into the building with a simple phone call from the doormen - super seamless. There are 3 elevators which run very well. There is a designated trash area on each floor which is nice and boxes will also be removed and broken down for you. Laundry in the basement works well. Building staff is very nice.
Cons:
Although the building staff is nice, they are not always the most attentive with people entering the building (this could be a pro or con). The units are huge, but not super updated and the price feels a bit steep as a result.

I don’t know why I live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
People who live in building are nice
Cons:
Management is not nice and difficult Heat bad Management dismissive With Covid - they full stopped delivery and have to lug everything from lobby including food They try to do better but completely miss mark
Advice to owner:
Be nice to tenants Allow deliveries to apartments dear lord Heat is always good and not upon tenant request
