    Pros:
    Very responsive and caring, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location is great!
    Cons:
    Cleanliness before move-in was not great. Is a noisy street.

    Thin walls but overall pretty neutral towards building

    Nice doormen, never had issues with elevators, never had issue with water or heat
    Cons:
    Weird garbage situation that filled quickly in hallway, paper thin walls heard weird things
