A clean, safe, overpriced place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
-super -doormen -never had a pest issue in my apartment -elevator -laundry in building -great location! -scaffolding work was just done in 2022 so should be off for another five years
Cons:
-management company -laundry in building isn’t great, only one dryer works well and it’s pricey -neighbors (but honestly this may just be my neighbors because I don’t hear anyone else except for a select number of loud weirdos) -smoking is allowed in unit and you can sometimes smell other people’s smoking via the vents -there is always a LOT of dog poop on the sidewalk outside on the street. Just smeared into the sidewalk
Advice to owner:
Management company needs to be more responsive and understanding and helpful. Your building staff is fabulous though.

Great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice modern building with very good amenities. Friendly doormen.
Cons:
Nothing wrong with building but when walking on the sidewalks along 89th street, be aware of dog poop. People font pick it up. Baffles me.
Advice to owner:
Very nice building.

Stonehenge Tower Rocks!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love so much about living in this building! It is a newer building with doormen (who are incredibly friendly and helpful!), two elevators, laundry in the basement, and a gym. I feel that the sizes of the apartments are larger than a typical NYC apartment for the same price. Amenities are updated, the live-in super is incredibly responsive (one time I asked about getting window screens installed; he went to the hardware store to purchase them and installed them all within an hour of my phone call!). Garbage cans are clean and well-maintained.
Cons:
Nothing—love this place!
