A clean, safe, overpriced place to live

-never had a pest issue in my apartment

-laundry in building
-great location!
-scaffolding work was just done in 2022 so should be off for another five years

-management company
-laundry in building isn’t great, only one dryer works well and it’s pricey
-neighbors (but honestly this may just be my neighbors because I don’t hear anyone else except for a select number of loud weirdos)
-smoking is allowed in unit and you can sometimes smell other people’s smoking via the vents
-there is always a LOT of dog poop on the sidewalk outside on the street. Just smeared into the sidewalk

Management company needs to be more responsive and understanding and helpful. Your building staff is fabulous though.
