Responsive nice staff, great location,
Cons
Can be noisy - poor insulation between common apartment walls or between ceilings and floor above. Owner who self manages is unresponsive to noise complaints. No lease requirements to carpet so as to mitigate noise. Management unresponsive to complaints of excessive noise and need to sound proof particularly in renovated apartments.
Advice to the owners
Require rugs in all rooms but kitchen and bathrooms and install sound proofing when fixing up or renovating apartments

Building is professionally-run, staff friendly
Cons
Some of the apartments have lead, and management isn't too proactive about mentioning it, so read your riders carefully.
