Great Location but pests

Pros

I loved the location, super great proximity to the train, TJ's, Whole Foods. Most of my neighbors were great, management is responsive and helpful

Cons

In the three years I lived here, we had mice three times and roaches twice. The neighbors are extremely loud sometimes, the stairwell has roaches, and it is super dirty. And your packages WILL get stolen.

Yes! I lived in unit 5D and the roof would leak every time we got a heavy rain or snow. The unit directly across the hall (Cannot remember the unit number) would experience leaks it as well, and they had their roof repaired in the entire living room. They never replaced ours, only patched it

Yep, was on the 5th floor and dealt with multiple ceiling leaks throughout 2021. There was one spot in our ceiling that someone had to come fix like 4 times because it kept leaking.
