Great Location but pests

Pros:
I loved the location, super great proximity to the train, TJ's, Whole Foods. Most of my neighbors were great, management is responsive and helpful
Cons:
In the three years I lived here, we had mice three times and roaches twice. The neighbors are extremely loud sometimes, the stairwell has roaches, and it is super dirty. And your packages WILL get stolen.
