It’s a good space but

Convenient, live in Super, elevator
Cons:
Rent rose yet a lot of the amenities and repairs were not properly fixed.

Management takes pride in the building

Pros:
Super is very nice and helpful. Ahmed the property manager is responsive. The owner of the management company has his own daughter and nephew living in the building which shows how much pride they take in the building.
Cons:
Building is old which is typical of the area.
