Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight a building with respectful neighbors, good pest control, and regular cleanliness. However, issues arise from unresponsive landlords, ineffective superintendents, and recurring pests. Suggestions include improving maintenance timeliness, updating entrance security, and addressing communication gaps. Despite positives like location and space, the consensus leans towards demanding better property management and prompt repairs to enhance resident experience, making it worthwhile to consider factoring in these aspects before choosing to reside in this establishment on 242 EAST 50 STREET, Manhattan.
