    Expensive but mostly stress free

    Pros:
    There are elevators, laundry in the building, dishwashers, no bugs (I’m on a higher floor), and an online portal where you get communications, request maintenance, pay rent, etc.
    Cons:
    It’s quite expensive and for being a doorman high rise, there aren’t amenities that other buildings in the area have (gym, rooftop, etc)

    Pretty solid and affordable choice in midtown east

    Slower to respond to service, water interruptions occasionally, had issues with AC
