Best doormen, prime upper east side
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is well managed, and the doormen are incredible. They always went the extra mile for us even when they didn't need to. My unit had great sunlight and even though it hadn't been renovated in a while, it was still nice and clean. The roof deck is windy, but amazing. Some of the best views in the city! Overall, I would totally recommend living here. I stayed for 4 years and honestly wish I hadn't left!
Cons:
Only con in my opinion would be the water pressure wasn't great in our shower and the units are feel pricey even thought they could use a renovation...

Doormen are the best!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are super helpful and so friendly. Makes the living experience so much better! The building is also fairly quick on getting things fixed. Will also do pest control weekly if you’d like. Also has laundry on every floor which is a nice perk.
Cons:
Management company doesn’t budge on little things. For example, wouldn’t do a month extension to lease.

Love this building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenities, wonderful building staff, amazing location, quiet street
Cons:
Parquet flooring is outdated
Loved every minute of it!
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Doormen and staff are exceptional - all repairs requests were addressed immediately - building well-maintained - Amenities: rooftop, laundry on each floor, gym, doormen
Cons:
- New management will increase your rent each year, but I always succeeded in negotiating a lower increase
Advice to owner:
Take care of your staff (starting with a renovated staff room!). They are the life and soul of the building and made it truly feel like home. If I could have afforded to live in a one-bedroom in the building, I would have never left.
Not worth the aggravation
Former Tenant
Pros:
24 Hour doormen, and in house dry cleaner
Cons:
Management is unresponsive, rodents, roaches, water leaks, dirty gym equipment and broken furniture on the roof.
Advice to owner:
Management and superintendent either need to be better supervised or fired. Their management skills are horrible. Also please address the mice infestation.
