Good responsive super that keeps building clean

No mail room so packages did go missing at times

Pros:
Everyone in the building is super respectful, relatively quiet building/street for NYC (sometimes there's obnoxious honking because of queensboro bridge traffic), the super is usually responsive, rent does not go up much YoY, good mix of people in the building of all ages lots of young people
Cons:
Packages get thrown in lobby so there has been package theft before, I have had some pest problems but they did get resolved, washing machines and dryers are under repair often, washing is only quarters
