Nice building, new management very responsive

Clean, spacious units, lot of natural light, nice roof area, new management is putting in effort to modernize common areas (e.g., new laundry room, hallway makeovers, improving gym)
Cons:
Have had a few issues with elevators being out of order (none since new mgmt took over)
