    Nice building, new management very responsive

    Pros:
    Clean, spacious units, lot of natural light, nice roof area, new management is putting in effort to modernize common areas (e.g., new laundry room, hallway makeovers, improving gym)
    Cons:
    Have had a few issues with elevators being out of order (none since new mgmt took over)

    Elevator is broken sometimes, hot water has been off a few times, water was completely off for 3 days once
