Greentree Property Managers Are Awful!
Former Tenant
Pros:
None. I cant think of three words of positivity for this company.
Cons:
Don’t rent from Greentree. They are awful and force out tenants after each lease cycle so they gain raise rent more than if they resign leases with existing tenants. It’s a revolving door for them to earn profits.
Advice to owner:
Try some human decency. Also, when people request repairs… your refusing to resolve the issue or blatant disregard for tenant’s wellbeing should be reason enough for the city to shut you down. You’re awful.
