Would be great if they fixed the garbage issue

Pros:
Intercom is modern, washing machines can be paid with an app, rent can be paid with bank account.
Cons:
The garbage management is awful, on the worse days the whole building smells like garbage, plus there are MASSIVE RATS in the basement. This is the one thing that makes me regret renting this appartment, and that will make me leave at the end of my lease if not fixed.
Advice to owner:
Fix the garbage issue FFS

Decent building minus the disgusting basement rats

Intercom is a nice feature
Cons:
Poor management of rat infestation in basement garbage area (likely also due to poor waste management.) Absolutely unacceptable living condition since laundry machines are in the same room. Fix this issue! Already reported to 311 with no improvement over multiple-month period (research shows this issue has existed for years, how disgusting)
Advice to owner:
Fix the rat/trash issue in basement, it’s a sanitary hazard, health hazard, and just plain negligence
