Communal areas a bit dingy
Advice to owner:
Some painting and flooring changes in the common areas would make a huge difference!

No pests, someone vacuums the hallways/ lobby every few days, laundry works well and is cleanly.
Cons:
Heat is controlled in the building, sometimes is not on enough when it gets very cold. I had a package stolen from the lobby where the packages are left. Sometimes front door (there are 2 doors to entry) is left cracked and doesn’t automatically close all the way so strangers can get inside.
Advice to owner:
Monitor packages or small packages to be placed into mailboxes by fed ex or usps.. ensure heavier front door that closes automatically

Nearby train, multiple bus the crisscross the city from UES
Cons:
No laundry in the building. The super oversees multiple property and not reliable. The new owner was not forthcoming of there plans?

Return and transparent of your plans
