Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews highlight the building's prime location near parks, great neighbors, and responsive management. Tenants appreciate the cleanliness, effective pest control, and timely owner responses. However, concerns include high rental prices for space, occasional issues with garbage management, and maintenance upkeep. Suggestions for improvement include enhancing laundry facilities and enforcing no-smoking policies more rigorously. While some recommend the building for its overall positives, others feel it lacks in maintenance relative to the rent prices. Consider visiting the apartment in person for accurate space assessment before making a decision.

A Bit Overpriced, but a Nice Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is really great if you want access to Carl Schurz and Central Park and the neighbors in the building are great. Management is relatively quick to respond and everything is always clean in the building!
Cons:
It takes some time to get to the 456 at 86th and the 92 Q station, and you have to walk a bit to get to a decent laundromat (the place next store has interesting management). I do think their rental prices are relative steep for the space. If you're highly considering living here, I strongly recommend seeing the apartment in person due to the listing pictures showing the space as much larger than it actually is.
Advice to owner:
Put some TLC into the washer / driers and provide a larger space for in-building laundry. The current setup is not actually a laundry room and everyone I knew avoided the laundromat next door due to the management.
