The worst building & management company I’ve seen in 15 yrs

Pros:
I’d be hard-pressed to think of the benefits of this building or the management company.
Cons:
First rule of moving to NYC. Don’t lease with Solil or Jane Goldman’s firm. They are both incredibly difficult to deal with, disorganized, don’t do what they said and agreed they would do, and don’t uphold their end of the bargain. We have lived in NYC for 10+ years and this is by far and away the worst landlord we have ever dealt with.
Here are a few other points: -Windows are old and drafty -Incredibly noisy on 2nd Avenue. You hear EVERYTHING. -The elevator frequently breaks down -No trash or recycling on the floor—you have to wait for a long time to go to the basement

Run a good business where you respect and do the right thing by your tenants and customers

Trade off great space for crappy building

Minimal services and ZERO responsiveness from management company. Truly the worst

Need to be a bit more service oriented for long term renters
