Horrible place poor management stay away

Pros:
Some apartments have washing machine
Cons:
Pests, rats, roaches you name it
Horrible super, unresponsive and dismissive of repairs
Ongoing construction at all hours of the day
Absolutely no response from property management about complaints
Disgusting entrance and hallway, old and musty
Thief in the building who steals packages but management refuses to do anything about it
Advice to owner:
You’re a shi*ty excuse for a landlord

Awful management, insane noise

Location’s great. But that’s it
Cons:
Packages constantly get stolen. Management is absolutely awful. The noise is insufferable, they are renovating every single unit so absolutely don’t live here if you work from home. The super and management will leave you on read and not pickup the phone until you go to department of housing and file a complaint
