Budget friendly but at what cost
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable off season Decent space New appliances Heat is always on when needed
Cons:
Rodents that you have to privately pay for (pest control) because Management does not respond to any issues in a timely manner and tells you to deal with it. Building helpline is never answered intentionally.
Advice to owner:
Answer your phones and take your residents seriously.
