Good building on the UES

Pros

Neighbors are friendly and quiet, super lives in the building and is responsive and friendly as well

Cons

There is a tenant who smokes cigarettes in their apartment, so the hallway smells. Garbage is inside the building (but the super/tenants are really good about keeping the area clean). I’ve seen some roaches over the summer months but the building is good about sending an exterminator monthly
