Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenants at 443 East 88 Street appreciate its location, renovated units, and the proximity to amenities. However, they express concerns about poor pest control, unresponsive management, ongoing construction causing disruptions, and occasional heating and water issues. Neighbors are generally friendly, but noise levels can be high. Recommendations include improving pest control, addressing maintenance promptly, and enhancing communication with tenants. Despite some drawbacks, the building's potential lies in its convenient location and modern features, making it a suitable choice for those tolerant of ongoing improvements.

Great location, clean building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Monthly pest control during summer Easy to rent, no proof of employment was needed (which is honestly crazy)
Cons:
Younger tenants, very loud at all hours Almost no contact/ response from super or property manager, luckily there were no major issues hopefully they would respond if there was
Advice to owner:
Ensure property manager is responding to tenants emails
