    Pros:
    Fantastic staff. Area is great with Carl Schulz Park ( a gem of a park) and cute local shops near by. (Shout out to Chez Nick + Blackstar Bakery) Management is responsive to requests.
    Cons:
    They say they are "dog friendly" but are increasingly cracking down on if you use the main elevators vs service elevators. Some tenants are not a fan of the dogs and it shows.

    Laundry machines weren’t the best but definitely still usable!

    Friendly and professional staff, clean building, very good soundproofing

    Sometimes one of the elevators will go out and cause the others to be overcrowded.

    full service white glove luxury residential apartment with most helpful and friendliest staff.
    Cons:
    nothing. have been living here for the past six years and hope I can still afford to live here.

    Staff is exceptional. They are very warm and welcoming Building always feels clean and smells good Amenities are great
    Cons:
    Some of the residents act entitled and condescending. They’re not all very friendly. Demographics of residents is not at all diverse

    Attempt to make your resident application process more inclusive
