Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 526 East 82 Street in Manhattan highlight mixed experiences. While the building boasts a great location with quiet surroundings, proximity to amenities, and responsive maintenance for some, issues like pests, unresponsive management, delays in addressing concerns, and occasional maintenance challenges persist. Residents appreciate the well-maintained cleanliness, effective garbage management, and good water pressure. Good for while it lasted
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is a great location in a quiet part of the Upper East Side. It is within walking distance of the subway, buses, ferry, grocery store, restaurants, and a nearby park.
Cons:
The management took a long time to address the issues in our apartment, and the walk-up was usually dirty. The recent fire displaced us from the apartment, and it was caused by faulty wiring.
