Inside the apartment is nice but the common areas need work.

Overall good experience. Our apartment inside was relatively updated and clean. Cheaply made so doorframes are metal, great location next to the park
Cons:
Moldy bathroom, rundown stairwell and laundry room could be a bit cleaner.
