    In the heart of East harlem
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The marble tiles in building.
    The soundproof walls.
    Brick interior
    Water pressure
    Cons:
    Next to la marqueta
    The superintendent is very unreliable
    The hostile homeless that have set up camp at basement entry.
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of the homeless drug users outside.

    Nice building but minor problems

    Pros:
    Building is clean and affordable.
    Cons:
    Super is not very responsive and hot water is sometimes unpredictable. Packages are often stolen and management is aware. Cameras in lobby do not stop packages from being stolen and management has not resolved this issue at all.
    Advice to owner:
    Install more secure mailboxes, stronger lighting, and cameras in the lobby. Hire a more responsible Super.
