    Easy building - 2+ years
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Everyone in the building has been nice for the most part. No huge complaints. Everything is updated. The super comes to work on things quickly and the current management is nice and responsive
    Cons:
    Garbage control out front is an issue, no mail/package room means lots of stolen packages
