The building itself is great and well taken care of, location is a recent painpoint with construction of q train line happening in neighborhood - will be great in some years

No, none inside in 2 years of living here. There are tons of rats by the garbage in the inside courtyard though but they don’t venture inside. Very clean well maintained building.
