    Great building with few issues in a nice neighborhood
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great well kept building.
    Cons:
    The toilet was broken for a year, never got fixed until I moved out. Gladly we had a half bathroom.
    Also living above noisy Rao’s is annoying.
