It’s quiet. You don’t really hear any loud music or even a peep from anyone.
Cons:
There are too many centipedes. I’ve lived here a while now and whenever it starts to get warm, all these centipedes come out and invade my home. It reaches the point where I’m killing 2-3 a day. And it’s warmer April to October. So imagine having to deal with these things 7 months out of the year. It’s frustrating.
Advice to owner:
I suggest they find the source of this infestation cause it’s not normal to have all these insects flooding the apartment
