    Honestly none - worst place I’ve lived.
    Cons:
    Full blown roach infestation. Poor pressure. Unkept garbage chutes and laundry room crawling with critters. Lights across the street that are so bright it looks like daytime at midnight.
    Advice to owner:
    Pest control is your best friend.
