Horrific property management

Pros:
Beautiful space, exposed brick, laundry
Cons:
One time, the building door was jammed shut and we were all locked inside. The landlord said he’d send someone within 48 hours. Another time, the neighbors plumbing was leaking through my ceiling, management couldn’t come for 48 hours. Washing machine broke and in order to repair they needed to put dryer in the living room. They left it there for 4 weeks because they “forgot they had to put it back”. I’ve climbed over piles of trash to get into the building while 9 months pregnant because they never come to clean. Building was mopped once a year after we complained. I called 311 frequently because it was the only way to get them to do anything. Nightmarish.

Cons:
The management is operating illegally. They fail to complete basic maintenance. They left a broken washing machine in our kitchen for 3 months. They are rude on the phone. They stiff workers. They have a horrible reputation around the block. They let trash pile up. All around they are genuinely terrible people. Avoid at all costs!!!!
Advice to owner:
Stop being terrible people. Be human. There are people that live here and you treat them like trash.
