Pros:
I like the amount of space you get for what you pay in a studio.
It's clean and the vibe isn't too commercial or too run down.
There is a doorman present 24 hours a day and the response time for things is seamless.
Cons:
The noise from outside is unbearable. There are delivery trucks that blast ACs in the summer that wake you up at 6AM, the night deliveries after 9PM, the street festivals in the summer, the heating breaks down at the coldest days in winter and the cooling is fine but the heating/ac unit is OLD. They will replace it with another one they have lying around in the building.
Advice to owner:
Rent is way too high for the heating/ac units to be this janky.

Apartment is well maintained, staff friendly, maintenence concerns addressed quickly. Easy paperwork process
